Sciences and Engineering

The Sciences and Engineering Department counts four full-time faculty members in Physics, and two in mathematics. Their research fields cover plasma physics, condensed matter with liquid crystals, ceramics, ferroelectric materials, nanoparticles (experimental and numerical simulations), microelectronics with MEMS and photovoltaic systems, and probability and statistics in mathematics.
