Alumni Council of Trustees
The Alumni Council of Trustees strengthens the link between SUAD and its alumni community. As a representative body, the Council shapes alumni engagement, supports university initiatives, and promotes a lifelong relationship between graduates and their alma mater.
General Information
The Council serves as the operating body of the SUAD Alumni, managing programmes, activities, and strategies aligned with SUAD’s mission.
It acts as a platform for dialogue, mentorship, and alumni visibility.
Council members work closely with the Career Centre to deliver outreach and support initiatives
Structure
14 Trustees elected by alumni
1 representative appointed by the University’s Executive Management Council
2 ex-officio members (non-voting) from senior University Leadership
Eligibility to Apply
Must be a SUAD graduate and part of the alumni community.
Must demonstrate commitment to supporting the alumni network and university goals.
Term of Office
Each elected trustee serves a two-year term.
Trustees may serve up to two consecutive terms.
After serving two terms, they may run again following a two-year break.

You will be asked to complete an application form demonstrating your interest and relevant experience.
Voting Process
All alumni can vote online for their preferred candidates during the elections period.
