Welcome to the CinéART Sorbonne, the movie rendez-vous of Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with the French Institute in the UAE. CinéART has been designed for Cinema Lovers in Abu Dhabi and French & Francophone enthusiasts.
On the occasion of the opening of the Year of Ocean, Sorbonne Abu Dhabi invites you to attend the screening of “Ωcéans”, award-winning documentary and winner of the César for best documentary in 2011 at Cannes Festival. Directed by Jacques Perrin, with Jacques Cluzaud as co-director, the documentary is an ecological drama/documentary, filmed throughout the globe. Part thriller, part meditation on the vanishing wonders of the sub-aquatic world.
