Below is a list that outlines the ongoing and upcoming tenders of the Procurement Department of Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. In line with SUAD’s commitment to upholding the highest standards of excellence and supporting the growth of its community, qualified suppliers and service providers are invited to participate in the competitive tendering process. 

These tenders are designed to procure key resources that will support the university's operations and contribute to its ongoing success. The university encourages all interested and eligible vendors to carefully review the tender brief and submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) in accordance with the guidelines provided.

1- All interested suppliers shall meet the following minimum eligibility criteria to be invited for a tender: 

• Applicant(s) must be registered with Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi.    
  
  
• Applicants must hold a valid trade license that permits them to conduct business with Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. 
  
  
• All submissions must comply with the tender documents and university policies and regulations.  

2- All interested suppliers are required to submit a duly completed and signed Expression of Interest (form attached). 

3- Upon assessment of your submitted EOI, Procurement will issue the tender documents to suppliers who have submitted their Expression of Interest to procurement@sorbonne.ae  

4- The tender documents will include bidder instructions, a detailed scope of work, pricing structure, undertaking form and the terms and conditions of the agreement.
