This position is offered on a part-time/short-term contract basis. The University will not provide visa sponsorship or medical insurance for this role.
Supports the Deputy Vice Chancellor in coordinating and tracking key institutional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with priorities, effective execution, and informed decision-making through reporting, stakeholder coordination, and analysis.
• Coordinate implementation and monitor progress of strategic and transformation initiatives
• Prepare executive reports, briefings, and follow up on governance decisions
• Support cross-functional collaboration with academic and administrative units
• Conduct strategic analysis, benchmarking, and research to support decisions
• Manage tracking and reporting of institutional priorities and key projects
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders to support delivery of initiatives
