Dr. Arnaud Latil is a senior lecturer at Sorbonne University, a researcher at the Sciences, Norms, and Democracy Center (SND – UMR 8011), a member of SCAI (Sorbonne Cluster for Artificial Intelligence), and a former auditor at the Institute for Higher National Defense Studies (IHEDN), majoring in Digital Sovereignty and Cybersecurity. He is a member of the France-Quebec Research Chair on Contemporary Issues of Freedom of Expression (COLIBEX Chair) funded by the Quebec Research Fund (FRQ) and the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), as well as the research laboratory “L'art en procès” (Art on Trial). Arnaud is an expert with the European AI Office (European Commission). He is regularly invited by universities and research centers (Canada, United States, United Arab Emirates, China, Senegal, Benin).
