To deliver French as a Foreign Language (FLE), French for Academic Purposes (FOU) and French for Specific Purposes (FOS) courses at Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi (SUAD) at the main campus and/or at the Zayed Military University (ZMU) campus, including Foundation and Bachelor’s degree programmes, while providing regular academic support and mentoring within a learner-centered and inclusive approach. All contracts are with SUAD, but positions may be based either at the SUAD main campus or at ZMU. Applicants may be considered and interviewed for a position at either location, depending on institutional needs.
As part of the SUAD-ZMU partnership, courses delivered at ZMU meet SUAD academic, quality-assurance and pedagogical standards. An assignment at ZMU requires a sustained on-site presence and active engagement with students, colleagues and institutional partners.
For a January 2027 start, identified needs include French-language teaching in the Foundation Year and in first-year (L1) for the Economics program. The exact allocation of groups, teaching hours and timetables will be determined according to institutional needs.
