Stay connected with a lifetime alumni email that shows your continued affiliation with SUAD. Trouble logging in? Follow the steps described below to retrieve your access:

1. Reset your password to regain access to your email here: http://mymail.sorbone.apps.plana.ae/
2. Alternatively, retrieve your login details by sending an email to alumni@sorbone.apps.plana.ae mentioning the academic major studied and the year of your graduation

Access to the SUAD Library

Alumni have continued access to the university's academic resources. You can consult physical books, journals, and reference materials by visiting the library in person. Electronic resources, including databases and digital publications, are also available, and can be accessed while on campus.

Alumni ID Card

The alumni ID card grants you access to SUAD’s campus and facilities, including entry to the library and participation in on-site alumni events. It serves as your official identification as a SUAD graduate and can be used to verify alumni status when accessing university services. Your alumni ID card is included in the envelope containing your graduation diploma. If your card is lost, email us mentioning:

• Your graduation year
• Major studied at SUAD
• A recent passport-size photo

The university will arrange a replacement card.

Right to Vote or Nominate

Alumni can vote or nominate themselves for the Alumni Council of Trustees during the official election period. To access your benefits or request support, contact: alumni@sorbone.apps.plana.ae
