List of SCAP activities 2024-2025 

  1. Climbing: Variety of climbing packages to suit different needs and skill levels. 

  • Self-training – access to the climbing gym for the intermediate and advanced climbers 

  • Coached Adult Climbing Sessions – classes for intermediate and advanced climbers to improve their level of climbing 

  • Kids Coached Climbing Sessions: 

  • Little Climbers (5-6 years old) 

  • Junior Climbers (7-9 years old) 

  • Recreation Youth Climbing (10-14 years old) 

  • Youth Training for Climbing (10-14 years old) 

  • Climbing Courses and Workshops: 

  • Top-Rope Course – discover climbing and learn the basics 

  • Lead Climbing Course – take your climbing to the next level 

  • Climbing Masterclass Series – expert-led workshops without a fixed schedule 

 

  1. Volleyball: Advanced volleyball sessions for ladies in a competitive team that plays in various tournaments around the UAE. 

  1. Judo: A coached Judo class offers structured, instructor-led training focused on developing techniques, strength, and discipline. 

  1. Adult Mixed Group 

  1. Teens (8-14 years old) 

  1. Baby Judo (4-7 years old) 

  1. Boxing: A high-energy, full-body workout focused on building strength, agility, and coordination through boxing fundamentals. 

  1. Muay-Thai: Combat sport that requires a good mental capacity (the ability to make adequate and prompt decisions, game intelligence etc) and muscle flexibility and power. 

  1. Mobility: Enhance your sports performance and reduce injury risk with our Mobility Class. Designed for athletes of all levels, this class focuses on improving flexibility, joint stability, and muscle balance. 

  1. Circuit Training: It is a very effective training method that combines intense cardiovascular work and muscle endurance. 

  1. Bootcamp: Bootcamp Is a very effective training method that combines intense cardiovascular work and resistance training while focusing on multiple functions of the body. 

  1. Mat Pilates: Sculpt, tone, and enhance your flexibility for a balanced, powerful physique. Suitable for all fitness levels, these sessions challenge muscles, improve posture, and boost overall wellness. 

  1. Multisport Kids (4-7 years old): Introduce your child to a variety of fun activities, including individual sports, team sports, and racket sports, designed to develop fundamental skills and foster a love for physical activity! 

  1. Football: Develop essential skills, teamwork, and game strategy in these dynamic football sessions. 

  1. Babyfoot (4-6 years old) 

  1. Kiddyfoot (7-9 years old) 

  1. Foxyfoot (10-14 years old)
