Abu Dhabi: A Premier Destination for Higher Education in the UAE
A world leading hub for higher education and future skills development
The UAE stands out with a unique value proposition: the chance to earn a world-class degree while living in a stable, high-growth, and culturally diverse environment. Students benefit from internationally recognized degrees and the opportunity to acquire skills for the evolving global workplace of tomorrow. "Living in Abu Dhabi opened many doors. It taught me resilience, adaptability, and intercultural understanding." highlights Ken Debby Imanuela, an alumni of the 2017 class.
Abu Dhabi has quickly become a hub for higher education, attracting students from around the world. The reason is simple: the city offers a globally connected and innovative environment, a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem, and abundant opportunities in high-potential, rapidly growing industries.
Home to pioneering local companies and international leaders, the city provides access to internships, entry-level positions, and career-oriented programs. Yara Ziad El Sabbagh, an alumni of the 2020 class, shares: "I had the chance to intern at two big companies in the UAE with the help of the career's council at SUAD, and being in the offices and work place was truly amazing!"
Life in Abu Dhabi also offers a rich cultural experience, making it the perfect place to learn, grow, and explore. From historic neighborhoods to Saadiyat Island, which hosts iconic museums like the Louvre and soon the Guggenheim, to Yas Island with its major festivals and large-scale events, and the diverse cultural and scientific offerings on and off campus, the city blends tradition with modernity and all the amenities needed for a fulfilling student life. This vibrant environment encourages students to thrive academically, socially, and professionally while fully immersing themselves in Abu Dhabi’s dynamic culture.
