Bio
I have been a history and geography teacher since 2007, with experience teaching in France, Venezuela, and, from 2015 onwards, in the Gulf region, specifically in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. My academic emphasis on environmental history and climate change adaptation allowed me to teach a course on the human geography of the United Arab Emirates to undergraduate students at Sorbonne Abu Dhabi. Additionally, my interests in mobility and mountain environments have led me to pursue a doctoral thesis in geography at Sorbonne University in Paris (2025-), focusing on hiking in the mountains of Eastern Arabia, particularly within the United Arab Emirates and Oman.
