What if Artificial Intelligence came to life before your eyes?
Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi invites you to discover an immersive artistic experience where contemporary dance, technology and Artificial Intelligence come together on stage.
Created by renowned choreographer Alaa Krimed and performed by Sima Dance Company, this original production takes audiences on a captivating five-chapter journey.
Artificial Intelligence becomes a character in its own right, with its own logic, motivations and even an instinct for survival. Throughout the performance, the dancers explore our ever-evolving relationship with AI: its emergence, its development, the extraordinary possibilities it opens up, but also the questions it raises for our society and our future. Powerful choreography, music, sound design, laser effects and projection mapping come together to create a spectacular and immersive world at the crossroads of humanity and technology.
Founded in Damascus in 2003 and now based in Dubai, Sima Dance Company has established itself as a pioneering force in contemporary dance in the Arab world. Under the direction of Alaa Krimed, its internationally trained dancers have developed a distinctive artistic language that brings together movement, emotion and contemporary creativity.
More than a performance, this is an experience to be lived
As the boundaries between humans and Artificial Intelligence continue to shift, one question remains: how far are we prepared to go?
Join us for an evening where art meets technology, and where dance invites us to imagine the world of tomorrow.
