Abstract
The artificial intelligence revolution is opening up a new area of uncertainty in contemporary art: that of the complex triangulation between artist, machine and mind, and raises the question of auctoriality. Is this a redefinition of the contours of creation? Is there opposition or complementarity between human creation and artificial logic? Control or abdication? Does the mind transcend algorithmic matter, or does it risk losing itself in its own mechanized echoes? Artist Emo de Medeiros will introduce us to his work as an artist and thinker and question the stakes of new tools in contemporary creative processes.
