As an image processing engineer, Arthur Delorme works primarily on the exploitation of optical images in the field of Earth sciences, and more specifically on the calculation of 3D models of the surface and deformation maps using photogrammetry. He is part of the Tectonics team at the Institut de physique du globe de Paris (IPGP, France) a world-renowned geosciences institute that brings together around 500 people to study the Earth and other planets, from the core to the most superficial fluid envelopes, through observation, experimentation and modelling.
