Job Description

The candidate will support the Budgeting and Reporting team within the Finance Department. Previous experience in Finance is mandatory, with preference to profiles with experience in budgeting & reporting.

Conditions:

Short term contract (April – December 2026)

This position is offered on a part-time/short-term contract basis. The University will not provide visa sponsorship or medical insurance for this role. Candidates must already hold a valid UAE residence visa and maintain their own health insurance coverage throughout the contract period.

Key Accountability

Budget Monitoring& Reporting:

Support the team in review & support the budget vs actual for the assigned department performance.
Support in preparation of the monthly budget vs actual report.

Support the team in preparation CEC costing sheeting

Support the team in preparing the new program's projection for the accreditation request.

Support the team in migration to ADERP and cleansing of data as per DGE/DoF requirements.

Support the team in reviewing open PR/PO to prepare for year-end closing.

Qualification

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Experience and Skills:

Budgeting and financial reporting processes
Variance analysis (Budget vs Actual)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies & Support forecasting and projections
Microsoft Excel skills
Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Oracle Fusion - ADERP)
Understanding of Financial data migration, Purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO)
