INSEAD and Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi (SUAD) are pleased to host the INSEAD-SUAD Second Annual Negotiation in the Middle East Conference themed “Negotiating to bridge cultures and perspectives”. This groundbreaking event brings together senior leaders from the public and private sectors to explore the art and science of negotiation in a diverse and interconnected world.
Negotiation today is more than reaching agreements, it’s about building understanding across cultures and viewpoints. This year’s conference will uncover strategies to transcend boundaries, foster collaboration, and create solutions that honor different perspectives. The conference will enrich the dialogue among senior professionals shaping the future of negotiation in the Middle East.
The event will explore diplomacy, energy, women’s leadership, and media’s role in bridging perspectives—culminating in the launch of a historical case study on Sheikh Zayed’s legacy of unity.
