Rooms in the Dorms are all “Single Rooms”

Option 1: Semester Basis occupancy in which the student will be required to pay in full in advance, upon receiving the confirmation from the residence for the room availability.

Option 2: Monthly Basis occupancy in which the student will be required to pay monthly fees in advance ,upon receiving the confirmation from the residence for the room availability. Post-dated cheques against the remaining months fees will have to be provided during sign up.

Student Housing Facilities fee of AED 200 is a one-time charge in each semester which is mandatory.

Note: Housing deposit refund will be by bank transfer

Duration of Semester:

First Sem. is from Sep. 01 to Jan. 31

Second Sem. is from Feb. 01 to Jun. 30

Note:

Monthly rate is more expensive than booking a semester rate.

Below calculation for monthly rate for a duration of five months that shows AED 5,000 more expensive than a semester rate.


Monthly Rate = AED 3,500 x 5 months+ AED 200 housing utilities fees charged one time in each semester	17,700
Semester Rate including housing utilities fees	12,7000
Difference	5,000

Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 3:30pm.

Friday from 8:00am to 11:30pm.
