Head of Health Economics Department at Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi and Head of Risk-Insurance-Decision Master program at University Paris Cité.

Dr Sebastian hold a PhD in Economics. Since 2007, his researches have been targeted towards Health Economics (HTA, costing, pricing), Data Science, Game Theory, and Public Policies Evaluation
