Patrizia Ingallina Patrizia Ingallina is Professor of Urban Planning and Urban Design Project. She is an architect and urban planner graduated from University of Florence. She is the Director of the Master on Urban Planning at Sorbonne University, in Paris (Department of Geography and Urban Planning). She was Lecturer at the Ecole d’Urbanisme de Paris (1995-2007)
