SUAD in collaboration with the Italian Institute of Culture of Abu Dhabi, will present “DiversItaly: Studying Italian Language and Culture through the Lens of Diversity”, a book that explores Italian society by placing gender, inclusion, and representation at the centre of language and cultural learning.

The discussion will focus particularly on gender issues in the Italian language and how teaching practices can promote greater awareness and inclusivity in the classroom. This event invites the audience to reflect critically on the intersection of language, identity, and social justice.
