Aly Samy Ibrahim is a sustainability and sustainable finance professional in the banking sector, specializing in the integration of environmental and social considerations into financial strategy and decision-making.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Society and Environment from the University of California, Berkeley, where he focused on global environmental policy, and a Master’s in Environmental Law and Policy from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. His master’s dissertation presented a novel piece of research on the applicability and necessity of greenwashing laws in the UAE, contributing to the emerging discourse on sustainable regulation in the region.
